These terms

These terms cover GENCI’s free sample edit and our monthly plans, Visual Growth and Lead Engine. By ordering a plan, you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected] or (510) 393-0881.

What each plan includes

Each plan includes what is listed in our pricing when you sign up. The free sample edit is one 30-second video and does not include rounds of changes. Every video in a plan gets 3 rounds of changes before final delivery.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly, in advance, in US dollars. Your GENCI fee covers the videos and, on Lead Engine, the management of your ads.

Your ad account

On Lead Engine, you own the Facebook and Instagram ad account and the card that pays for it. GENCI joins your Meta Business Manager as a partner to set up and manage your campaigns. GENCI never pays or advances ad spend on your behalf.

Ad spend

You pay for your ads directly to Meta, with your own card. Ad spend is separate from your GENCI monthly fee and is not included in any plan price.

Lead Engine setup fee

Lead Engine has a one-time setup fee of $297. It is not refundable once we have started setting up your account and campaigns.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee a number of leads, a number of sales or a cost per lead. What we guarantee is the work described in your plan. On Lead Engine, that means new videos every month, weekly checks of your ads and weak ads replaced with new versions.

Cancellation

Plans are month to month, with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date by emailing [email protected] or texting (510) 393-0881.

When you cancel, the ad account, the ads and every video we delivered stay with you.

Changes

When these terms change, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
